A tangy, tender meat dish that slow cooks all day
Ingredients:
- 3-4 lbs. boneless pork ribs, country style
- 2 tablespoons oil
- One onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups catsup
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, garlic salt, or garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in slow cooker. Brown ribs in two tablespoons oil in skillet, turning to brown completely. Remove from skillet and transfer to slow cooker. Stir to mix with sauce.
Cover and cook on low all day, for 6-8 hours, or until tender. Serves eight.
